Enchanted Tales & Ink is based in Regional Victoria, Australia.
We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launch periods, promotions or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Discreet Packaging and Separate Dispatch
Some items, including intimate or personal-use products, may be shipped separately from other items in your order.
These items are always dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents on the exterior of the parcel.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal carrier delays, customs processing or weather-related disruptions.
Once an order has been dispatched, Enchanted Tales & Ink is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities.
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand via Standard International delivery.

• Orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia
Please note: Any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Preorders & Combined Orders
If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives.
This helps us avoid charging you multiple shipping fees and ensures your items travel safely in one parcel.
If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
