Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches or limited releases, processing times may be longer.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we’ll assist in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Are signed or limited items returnable?
Signed, personalised, and limited-edition items are not eligible for return for change of mind.
